Cascade Wellness Resort Overview

The Cascade Wellness Resort sits on the outskirts of Lagos, just a 60-minute drive from the far International airport. This extensive five-star hotel has no less than 400 rooms spread put across its extensive grounds. The Hotel is on its cliff-top location in Ponta do Piedade and has extensive views out across the Beach and its driving range and practice facilities. The resort is sport orientated and has its own professional football pitch and extensive practice facilities. During pre-season and mid-season, the Hotel hosts many European and English football clubs for their training breaks in the warm Algarvian sunshine. The resort has three swimming pools one in the hotel's main area, one within the grounds of the apartments and the third one at the spa.
