Our View of The Salmar

Newly renovated and will re-open its doors on the 1st of July 2026. The hotel has received a multi-million euro upgrade and will now open as a luxurious adults only sanctuary. The Atlkantic ocean is the onky only view from this impressive spacious, modern with extensive outdoor spaces all re-designed on nautical theme.

New to the hotel are swim-up rooms with direct pool access, ideal for those looking for that little more privacy. All other rooms have private balconies with impressive views of the Atlantic ocean and beyond

Health ands wellness is high on the agenda here, the hotel in addition to the impressive outdoor the hotel offers a sauna, a jacuzzi all ready for when you have finished that work-out in the state-of-the-art gynasium.

For those looking for alternative relaxation then why nit take a walk to the nearby beachs of El Médano and La Tejita or even a relaxing drink at the Amarilla Marina. The fishing village of Los Abrigos is a short walk along the coastal promenade with direct access from the hotel gardens.

Golf

Tenerife with its year-round temperate, has the majority of its golf courses located in the warmer South of the island. The first of the its Championship golf courses to be built is Golf del Sur this 27 Hole links design has hosted numerous Spanish Opens. Adjacent to and very much a close neighbour is the ever popular Amarilla golf course, this championship layout runs along the Southern coastline to San Miguel de Abona. Be aware of its unusual black volcanic bunkers, filled not with sand but crushed volcanic rock. The 27 hole Costa Adeje golf course is another great layout running from the hillside, carved into the face of the cliff in stepped fairways, down to the Ocean.  A visually spectacular course the 18 Holes of the Costa Adeje Championship course are always busy and booking up to 12 months in advance is advisable. In between the Costa Adeje and San Miguel is the lush green layout of the championship Las Americas golf course, another established and popular championship course sitting adjacent to the popular resort of the same name.

• Standard Room Sea-View: These rooms are located on floors 2 - 6 all have sea-views, panoramic shower, fully equipped bathroom, smart tv, balcony with chaise lounge.
• Terrace Rooms: These rooms are located on floors 3 - 5 all have direct sea-views, a morning sunrise,  panoramic shower, fully equipped bathroom, smart tv, balcony with chaise lounge.
• The Shores Swim-Up Room: Designed to accommodate more guests, these rooms often feature additional sleeping space with two beds, a heated swim-up pool direct sea-views, a fully equipped bathroom, locally inspired amenities and 50" smart tv.

As an all-inclusive resort, the culinary experience at Ole Tropical Hotel are designed to fully complement your active holiday.

Restaurant#1  - Is the one and only restaurant, open for all meals serving local, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
