Terras Da Comporta Torre Golf Course

The latest addition to this impressive new golf region is the newly opened Torre golf course.  The course is designed by Sergio Garcia, it is his first golf course design in Portugal. Torre, like its sister course, is expected to be rated among the world's top courses in a very short time. Garcia took inspiration from his favourite Valderrama golf course and, in partnership with European Golf Design, has produced the next course on everyone's bucket list.

The Torre course measures some 6,670 metres (7,337 yards) from the back tees and with a slope rating of around 140 a good firm test for the most avid of golfers.

Torre will also be at the centre of sports excellence with a new golf clubhouse planned along with, a Tennis Academy, Padle, Soccer Academy, Pickleball, a swimming pool also a gym and eventually covering no fewer than 28 sports.

Torre will also have over 200 homes and residences constructed from the latest technological timber construction and all will be Net Zero Energy Buildings.

With 36 holes of indisputably the best golf courses in Portugal, the future for this region has exciting times to come.
