La Cala is one of Europe's best golf resorts providing golf holidays with 54 Holes of Championship golf. La Cala is a luxury boutique hotel in the Costa Del Sol with excellent holiday offers throughout the year.
La Cala offers golf in a stunning location for holiday golf, challenging golf and breathtaking views and a short transfer from the airport at Malaga. Set on beautiful grounds, this resort was built in a traditional Andalucian style. This stylish retreat is set in the magnificent hills near Mijas (7km from the coast and located on the Costa del Sol) and offers a tranquil and relaxing environment to unwind.
The impartial course review website, Golfshake, identified La Cala Resort among the top three golf destinations worldwide. Compared with more than 15,000 reviews submitted in 2019 by real-world golfers, La Cala obtained one of the highest recorded ratings, effectively putting it at the top of the rankings for resort golf courses outside of the UK.

The resort, which was established in 2005 and is located in the mountains with wonderful views of the area, offers. Cabell B. Robinson created the courses, which effortlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape. The region is, therefore, abundant in wildlife, trees, and flowers and offers a breathtaking setting for a game of golf.
One of the three courses offered in La Cala on Spain's Costa del Sol, and while it may be the simplest of the three, Europa Golf is still a terrific option for golfers of all skill levels. Compared to the Campo America and Campo Asia Golf courses, the fairways are spacious throughout and have gentler topography. Europa, therefore, provides some fantastic scoring possibilities. Additionally, when playing approach shots, the greens might appear quite inviting since they are often relatively large—especially when contrasted to the other two courses.
La Cala is one of our most requested hotels and certainly one of our favourites too. Although, the three courses are a fantastic mix for all levels of golfers.
Campo America in Costa del Sol, Spain, is what most would consider the championship and premium option. All buggies include GPS on America, and the course is a testing challenge for professionals and amateurs.

For evenings out, you can arrange local taxis to get you into nearby La Cala de Mijas, where you can sip on a cocktail or gin and tonic at Olivia's La Cala, which has been made famous following a reality T.V Programme where viewers follow the day to day running of the establishment owned by Elliott Wright.
It is also straightforward to get into Marbella Old Town and Puerto Banus in a taxi, And most groups will find their way to the bright lights of Marbella for a good evening out.
