The resort, in addition to the golf courses, has Yoga, fitness with personal trainers, cycling either alone or by guided tours, both Tennis and Paddle Courts (equipment hire available at an additional charge. Discover the family Forest Park, a great place to discover the beautiful surrounding woodland. There is also a fitness circuit for those burning off the local cuisine. In addition, in the area are Girona food tours, Boat trips, Diving, Fishing, Balloon rides, Sky diving, and horse riding.

Spa

The Spa and Wellness Centre here is extensive, to say the least, offering an array of facilities ranging from Sports Massage, Facials, Body therapies, manicures and Pedicures with numerous Therapy rooms and access to the Hydrotherapy pool, Herbal Steam room, all needed to replenish those aching bones. For those more fitness-minded, there is also the fitness studio with classes and a fully equipped gym with treadmills, cardiovascular equipment, elliptical cycles and treadmills, and a comprehensive collection overall.
