In April 2021 the Costa Adeje Golf Club will host the Tenerife Open, some 18 years after it hosted it for the first time in 2003. Victoria Golf Course, Vilamoura

Portugal Masters

The host of the 2021 event will be the Victoria Golf Course in Vilamoura. This is a fantastic golf course, one of the many great course designs by the legendary Arnold Palmer. Hosting the Portuguese Masters for the 15th consecutive year, a new date earlier in the year for 2021. Can  South Africa’s George Coetzee be the first players to ever retain his title? Previous winners include Lee Westwood, Shane Lowry, and Padraig Harrington. Open de France

This year’s event is held at Le Golf National, the 2018 Ryder Cup venue, and hosted by star French golfer Gregory Havre. The tournament has been running since 1906 and pre-dates the European Tour. Notable courses to have hosted the event include Golf Club de Lyon and Golf du Medoc. Recent winners include Nicolas Colsaerts and Tommy Fleetwood.

The Belfry 18th green

Betfred British Masters

Played at The Belfry Hotel and Resort in May 2021, this will again be played with no spectators, although host Danny Willett will be looking to emulate the success that he had as the 2016 Masters Champion. With the course in prime condition will the UK golf professionals prevail over all others? Only time will tell. Recent winners are Alex Noren at The Grove GC and Eddie Pepperell at Walton Heath GC.

Dubai Duty-Free Irish Open

The Irish Open is being held at Mount Juliet, 2021 marks the 30th anniversary of this prestigious event. Over its history, Mount Juliet has hosted a string of fantastic events and welcomes Europe’s elite after the event was cancelled in 2020. Will Sergio return to emulate the course record 62 that both he and Retief Goosen share? Previous courses to host this event include Portmarnock Golf Club, Royal County Down, And Royal Portrush.

The Open Championship

The 149th edition of The Open is taking place at Royal St Georges in Kent, it will be the 15th visit to this course making it the most prolific Open golf venue in England. The last time it was hosted here was in 2011 when Darren Clarke was successful. Other courses to host this event include St Andrews, Muirfield, Carnoustie Golf Links, and Royal Troon.

The Celtic Manor - Twenty Ten Course

Wales Open

The Wales Open will be held at The Celtic Manor Golf Resort in 2021 and played over the 2010 Ryder cup Venue on the TwentyTen Golf Course. Celtic Manor hosted the inaugural Wales Open in 2000 and for the next 15 consecutive years thereafter. Previous winners of this event include Miguel Angel Jimenez and Graeme McDowell.

Hero Open

The Fairmont St Andrews will host the Hero Open again in 2021, with play over both the Kittocks and Torrance golf courses. Last year the event was held at the Forest of Arden course and was won by Sam Horsfield.

BMW PGA Championship

Most Popular European Golf Events - Hosted by Wentworth Golf Club, which is home to Ernie Els amongst many other golfers.  This is a landmark golf event in a prestigious venue, which is actually the headquarters of the PGA European Tour. In 2020 Tyrell Hatton was successful and joined previous winners that include Rory McIlroy and Francesco Molinari.
