Golf

The golf course at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa is famed for its charm, snuggled in 150 acres of Cheshire parkland. The design crafted by James Braid is characterized by old trees, rhododendron bushes, and an endearing natural lake, and even the most talented golfers will be sternly checked at 6,817 yards. As dense vegetation awaits any shots that wander too far off the track, precision is imperative here. In specific, the last four holes are notoriously tough, so golfers will need to stay concentrated until the very end. Against the beautiful backdrop of the Mere Lake, the 18-hole (6,882-yard) par 71 course at The Mere Golf Club covers 150 acres of Cheshire parkland. For all golfers, the Mere Golf Club provides a fair test. the fairways and greens are preserved to the highest quality standards, giving The Mere Golf Resort a reputation in the north of England as one of the best courses.
