The Calverley Course at Oulton Hall is a great Dave Thomas Championship-designed golf course and part of the 27 holes set up at Oulton Hall.
The Par 71 course overlooks the dale landscapes and hills and is an absolute joy to play. With a good mixture of holes that are pretty forgiving and suitable for most golfers, The Clarverley course is a great setup for large groups and societies
The courses have benefited from a recent, incredibly expensive upgrade.
The golf course penultimate holes finish in splendid style, starting from the short par-4 15th hole where you'll do excellent to hit a tiny green which sits down in a hidden boscage. The longer, straighter par-4 16th hole - severely tree-lined all the way down - is pretty special too. The practice facilities are top class and include a Golf Academy and Nike custom-fitting centre.
Oulton Hill is a very good Resort and worth of consideration for your next U.K Golf Break.
