Golf

The Peralada Golf Club is an accredited golf course of 6,071 yards with 18 holes and a par of 71. Its facilities are fitted with a two-story practice range, a covered area and night lighting for evening practice, a golf academy, an approach and green area, and a 9-hole Pitch & Putt. It also has a pro shop and caddy master services. In addition, the European Union has been granted the EMAS environmental protection certification.

Estate Facilities

The cultural complex includes the 14th-century Castell Perelada, this second coming of the original castle was home to the Viscount Rocaberti and his family. The estate was expanded in the 19th century, giving the Castle a French-style facade, along with extended gardens. Today, the estate includes the castle with its own Michelin-style restaurant, a Casino and an added attraction of an 18-hole championship golf course and Bodega Castell de Perelada.

This stunning winery sits at the heart of the resort and sits in an ideal location for those looking for another cultural experience then they will not be disappointed. Wine Tours are extremely popular. The Bodega first began making wine commercially in 1923 when the estate was purchased and updated. Although there are reports of wine making on the estate by monks dating back to the Middle Ages. A stunning Winery and one not to be missed whilst staying at this stunning venue.

Visitors could never find themselves short of activities to do at the Peralada Hotel with its wide variety of leisure facilities. Guests can sunbathe in the outdoor swimming pool or venture to the hotel's wine spa for a range of exclusive treatments with items from their own vineyard.

Spa

The Spa Divinum is incredible, Let yourself float in a private water circuit with a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a sensational shower, and a lovely relaxing area where you can set aside your earthly concerns. There is a Jacuzzi and a sauna as well as an indoor swimming pool in the spa. The more competitive guests will make good use of the hotel's fully fitted gym or play paddle tennis or football.

Dining

The food is wonderful. Breakfast includes a delicious hot and cold buffet of local charcuterie, cheese, fruit salad, pan con tomatoes with local olive oils and cereal, as well as eggs and bacon. Enjoy the terrace, viewing the golf course.

The stylish main restaurant, L'Olivera, serves contemporary Catalan cuisine with dishes such as calamari stuffed with prawns and vegetables or honey monkfish and spicy aioli. There is also an outstanding range of wines. If you're looking for some fine dining in the medieval castle tower, five minutes' drive up the lane, Castell Peralada's restaurant forms part of the Peralada Resort.  It is managed and run by Chef Xavier Sagristà and sommelier and maître Toni Gerez, offering high-quality Catalan creations such as buttery soft scallops with Iberian ham and baby vegetables or tender Iberian pork with Jerez vermouth.
