Son Gaul Golf Mallorca

Son Gaul Golf Mallorca is an impressive 18-hole championship golf course, located just a short drive from Palma International Airport.

This Thomas Himmel design measures an impressive 6,621 yards from the back tees and at first glance, you could be mistaken for thinking it is an easy open golf course. The golf course has generous large greens with elongated fringing and plenty of run-off areas.  After opening its door in 2008 the golf course gained in itsb standing snd popularity and was ranked 53rd in Golf World's Top 100 courses in 2011.

Son Gaul has established itself as one of the most requested golf courses in the south of the island. There is an extensive Son Gaul Golf Academy, a large golf clubhouse including the terrace which sits both inside and outside of the clubhouse. The terrace obverlooking the golf course is the place to enjoy your 19th hole drink whilst watching your colleagues battle the demanding 585 yard par 5 18th hole, the longest on the course. An errant tee shot here will stop you from being (on the preferred right-hand side of the fairway) in position to tackle the stream that criss-crosses the fairway. The green is well guarded with a lake hand aside so your approach third shot into tjhe green has to be just rigjht.
