Cradling around a small mountain, the golf course of INFINITUM Hills has a lot of personality, character, and some very interesting quirks. Three of the greens have been put in old quarries, giving them a "Wild West" feel, but otherwise, the course can best be represented as a slightly hilly parkland course.
The course is both diverse and technical, which forces you to use all the clubs in your arsenal. As suggested above, the course offers many changes in elevation, however, most golfers do prefer to walk the course. The course is owned by Troon Golf, maintaining the highest level of maintenance and operation.
The INFINITUM Golf bonanza consists of the 18-hole Lakes layout, the 9-hole Ruins Course, both constructed by Greg Norman and consequently the second 18-hole standard course championship, the Hills, modeled by Alfonso Vidaor, a former Spanish amateur champion who served as a design consultant with Dave Thomas, Robert Van Hagge, and Greg Norman.
The Golf Club, features 45 holes of pure golf pleasure, a golf project that has made the Costa Daurada a serious golf location to compete with the finest in Spain. Originally known as the Portaventura Golf Club due to its close proximity to Europe's largest theme park of the same title, surprisingly, despite being visible from many holes, the sanctuary of merriment and adventure does not unduly affect the golfing experience of one iota.
The Hills course opened for play in 2008 and has witnessed a meteoric rise to become the host of the 2nd stage of the European Tour Qualifying School as well as the frequent staging of the Challenge Tour events.
Lumine as a resort will rival the quality of any Golf Break to Spain
