The Moorland Course at Breadsall Priory
Breadsall Priory Golf and Country Club’s Moorland Course is a parkland layout measured a little over 6,000 yards. Because of its idyllic position on the hillside, the Moorland Course offers excellent drainage. Consequently, the course is in excellent shape for year-round play. The course boasts great greens and firm, fast fairways, making this terrific design a premium for accurate play. The course is very prevalent amongst members and visitors with breathtaking countryside and noteworthy holes (including the stunning par 3 6th-hole).
The hotel amenities are second to none, and first-class hospitality is Breadsall Priory Golf & Country Club’s birthplace. The Moorland Course is well worth visiting at Breadsall Priory Golf and Country Club and must be high on the list of any visiting golfers within the region.
The Priory Course at Breadsall Priory
The Championship Priory course is the venue’s flagship design and has flourished as one of the finest in the local area since its establishment in 1977. The Priory boundaries the magnificent hotel, and to navigate the tree-lined fairways require precise play. Though not especially long, the Priory is complex, and with its charm and stunning views, it draws guests time after time after time.
The 17th hole par-3 is spectacular and is played down from a raised tee box to a beautifully designed green. Look out for bunkers all over the course, especially around this green, because they’re going to make it hard to make par!
