Gerry Canning, a local landowner, founded Kilcock Golf Club as a nine-hole golf course in 1984. In 1990, neighbouring acreage was purchased, and with the help of Eddie Hackett, a renowned course designer at the time, a testing yet fair 18-hole course was developed. Significant renovations were undertaken in 2007, including the installation of sand-based greens and tee boxes, extensive drainage systems, and automatic irrigation. These upgrades improved the course's overall playing experience. Notably, the redesign of certain key feature holes made the course considerably more tough and pleasant for golfers.

Located in the picturesque rolling countryside of County Kildare, Moy Valley Golf Club offers golfers of all ability levels an unmatched golfing experience.
