Kenmare Golf Club
The South West of Ireland continues to conjure up a whole host of great golf courses. One of the popular Ring-Of-Kerry group of courses, the Championship Parkland layout at Kenmare Golf Club.
Originally as a 9 hole golf club in 1903, the golf course is situated between Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains and is a classic example of an Irish parkland golf course. Designed by Eddie Hackett (also responsible for the Island) the golf course has been designed to take in and enjoy not only a great layout but also the beauty of Kenmare Bay and the surrounding mountain with some outstanding scenery all across the golf course.
This course is designed for golfers of all abilities to enjoy with four sets of tee boxes making each hole a different challenge dependant on your handicap and ability.
A great course when in the area to experience a great example of parkland golf and southern hospitality. A true gem and one that you should certainly consider on your next golf tour in Ireland.
This fabulous course is located in the beautiful region of South Kerry, The Golf Club is just 1 hour 20 minutes from Cork.
