Am I restricted by the set packages you offer?

Of course not !  We pride ourselves on providing unique and tailor made breaks for our customers.  Just let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Could you provide advice if I am not sure where to go?

Our sales department is headed by Jane Hill who played on the European Tour for 15 years.  Jane has played on over 500 courses worldwide and has a wealth of experience of golf courses across 30 countries.  If you have any questions or are stuck as where to try next, Jane is on hand to assist.

Are you able to arrange extras such as golf buggies, additional courses and activities?

We can arrange these extras as we have developed strong working relationship with the resorts and courses that we offer and can therefore ensure that you have those extras that will really make your holiday. Stuck for golfing equipment?

Do you specialise in groups, families, couples or individuals?

We understand that the needs for each holiday will be different and we will provide advice for both small and larger groups. We can provide tailor made advice as to which hotels and resorts are best for your needs and can arrange holidays for groups of all sizes.

Who can I contact if there is a problem on our trip?

Prior to booking your trip we will send you all our contact details via email, post and we will also send your party lead a text on the day of travel.  Our team are on hand to assist where required.

When do I need to pay for my holiday?

When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 25% per person. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements is paid at least 8 weeks before your departure date.

Is my money safe?

We provide full financial protection for our package holidays, by way of a trust account held by Protected Travel Services Ltd, membership number 5041.

If I cancel will I get a refund?

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices to be recorded as cancelled. As we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows:

More than 8 weeks before travel - Deposit only
Less than 8 weeks before travel - 50% of holiday cost
Less than 28 days before travel - 100% of holiday cost

Do I need travel insurance?

We recommend that you take adequate travel insurance prior to travelling.  Please be aware that most travel insurance policies do not cover loss or damage to golf clubs. We recommend you cover these under household contents insurance or similar.

How do I make an enquiry?

There are several ways to make an enquiry:

1. Enquiry Form:  Use the enquiry form on our website - as you browse the resorts and hotels you can use the 'Enquire' buttons to add as many destinations to your enquiry form as you would like. You can then add extra information before you send to our experts.

2. Online Chat:  We have the facility to chat live online.  On each screen a bubble will appear on the bottom right of each screen, you can chat to our advisers in real time using this facility.

3. Telephone:  Our sales number is 0208 655 1844 and you can call this to speak directly to our advisers.
